The Florida State Seminoles have sent two players to participate in the 2017 Reese’s Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala on Saturday.

Freddie Stevenson – FB – 6’0 236 lbs – Bartow, FL

Stevenson had four rushing TDs and one receiving this year. Obviously his stats aren’t going to be crazy considering he’s the FB. What is going to get him looks is that he’s the one who has been helping super star running back Dalvin Cook for the past three years look so spectacular. Something had to be said about the fullback who was leading the charge in front of the most prolific RB in school hitory.

Marquez White – CB – 6’0 184 lbs – Dothan, Ala

White has started 25 consecutive games for the Noles. This past season he had 25 tackles, 2.0 tackles for a loss, six pass defenses, 2 INTs. At one point at FSU he was a two sport star, playing some basketball for head coach Leonard Hamilton.

Kickoff is set for 2:30pm ET.

Born in the Nation’s Capital, Washington D.C., Ari Russell watched the rise of the 1980’s Miami Hurricanes and knew that he had to be part of the “U” someday. After graduating from Coral Gables, Ari rose through the ranks of the former XM Satellite Radio and then Sirius/XM as college football executive producer. He later spent 2 seasons as the publisher of the website “Beyond U Sports” focusing on major college football/basketball. Ari brings a great perspective on everything Miami, including the Dolphins to F.F.I.
