In a game that didn’t mean as much for the Miami Dolphins as it did for the New England Patriots, this game started off with a loud bang by the what is seemingly is the permanent AFC East Champions.

Before your chicken wings were fully cooked, The Pats jumped out to a 20-0 lead and Tom Brady already had two TD passes. The Dolphins would score a TD with a a little less than 30 ticks left on the clock in the second half, when Matt Moore connected with Kenny Stills for 28 yards. 20-7 at halftime.

In the second half Miami looked like they would make this a game, when Matt Moore would connect with his favorite target Stills again 20-14.  But on the next possession as if it was written in the most obvious of scripts, Tom Brady would find Julian Edelman for 77 yards, then it’s all of  sudden 27-14.

In the fourth quarter, LeGarrett Blount would put the seal on this game with a 1 yd TD run, two point attempt was good and the Patriots would hold on to win 35-14.

With the win the Patriots get home field advantage throughout the playoffs move to 14-2. The Dolphins already in the playoffs move to 10-6 and will play in Pittsburgh on Wildcard weekend.
