The Jaguars were back working out with “voluntary” OTAs on Tuesday and got one prominent veteran from their secondary back, but another is still sitting out.
Sixth year veteran A.J. Bouye took the field and the team’s website made it a point to let everyone know:

Bouye, who will turn 27 in August, comes off a Pro Bowl debut year in Jacksonville, where he registered a team high six interceptions and also had 18 other passes defended and 53 solo tackles.
He signed a massive five year deal with a $10 million signing bonus and $26 million guaranteed coming from the Texans and was part of a Jags defensive that was one of the best in the NFL in 2017.
With the second week of OTAs kicking off, there is still no sign of DB Jalen Ramsey. Again, this is still a voluntary part of the off season. Ramsey, the former #1 pick out of Florida State, is about to be in the third year of his rookie deal and under the CBA rules, cannot be given a new contract until after this season.
So, it appears Ramsey is just choosing to work out on his own, until we hear otherwise.
