The Miami Hurricanes have nine players who have been invited to the NFL Combine for the 2017 NFL Draft. One of those players is former defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad. If you recall, Muhammad was kicked off the Miami program in late August of last year because of violation of team rules. Muhammad would have been a red shirt junior.
In 2015, Muhammad led the team in tackles for a loss with 8.5 and sacks with 5. The 2016 season he was expected to be one of the biggest forces in the conference coming off the edge. The 6’4 255 lb Don Bosco Prep product out of New Jersey could be drafted in the mid rounds. He’s the type of guy who needs a strong combine to show off his skills since he latest tape is from 2015.

The other players Miami has going to the combine are QB Brad Kaaya, S Jamal Carter, CB Corn Elder, G Danny Isidora, S Rayshawn Jenkins, TE David Njoku and P Justin Vogel.
