The UCF Knights came into the game against Cincinnati looking for a three game winning streak. This contest wasn’t particularly competitive, as UCF won handily 24-3. After taking a 10-0 lead in the opening frame, the Knights never looked back.

UCF Freshman QB McKenzie Milton managed the game nicely, going 22/34 for 15o yards and a TD. Jawon Hamilton rushed for 81 yards on 17 carriers and a TD. The real play of the game, which pretty much sealed the deal for the Bearcats was a blocked punt by UCF’s Tre Neal, which was scooped up by Justin McDonald for a score, making the game 17-3.

With the win, UCF moved to 6-4 on the season and are now bowl eligible. Next up for the Knights is a showdown with Tulsa.
