Once again, #20 UCF was tested on a Saturday on the road, but the Knights were up to the challenge and defeated Navy 31-21 to improve to 6-0.

QB McKenzie Milton threw for 236 yards and an early TD as the Knights jumped out to a 7-0 lead.

But the Midshipmen would not give up at all and got the game tied at 14 in the third quarter, when QB Zach Abey threw to down the middle and Malcom Perry did the rest:

Credit UCF though, they have explosive players and did not blink, themselves. And thirty seconds of clock time later, they retook the lead.

Running back Adrian Killins, who we have documented in the past is one of the fastest players in all of college football, put the Knights immediately back on top with this burst in the third quarter:

79 yards to the house and UCF would never look back.

Milton and the offense would go down for the clinching drive with 3:30 remaining in the fourth and eventually Otis Anderson took in the final score of the game:

Anderson’s 10 yard run put UCF up 31-21 with 3:30 to go, and their defense did the rest.

The Golden Knights, then stopped Abey and the Navy triple option on downs and then Brandon Moore got an interception on Navy’s final possession to finish off the victory.

UCF ran for 247 yards, including Killins finishing with 122 of them including his touchdown.

The Knights are now 6-0 for the first time ever, and still appear to be on a collision course with USF in the final game of the season to decide the East division of the American conference and play in the championship game.
