Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jarvis Landry is expected to play Thursday night vs. the Bengals. Landry is clearly an important piece if the Fins have a shot of winning. He has a league leading 24 receptions for 314 yards and a TD. But, he has been limited in practice with a shoulder injury and the Dolphins listed him as questionable on their final injury report Wednesday afternoon.  Landry has been banged up mainly because of how physical he plays according to head coach Adam Gase.

It’s a great WR match up as on the other side for Cincinnati is AJ Green who has 22 receptions for 295 yards and a TD. On the defensive side of the ball, the Bengals will see the return of Vontaze Burfict, who was serving a three game suspension for a brutal hit on Antonio Brown late in the 4th quarter in the Bengals loss to the Steelers in the AFC Wildcard game.

Both teams come in at 1-2. So if you are looking for an important must win scenario for both teams, this ought to top your list. the Dolphins have won three straight time against the Bengals.

Born in the Nation’s Capital, Washington D.C., Ari Russell watched the rise of the 1980’s Miami Hurricanes and knew that he had to be part of the “U” someday.
