After the news broke yesterday that Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill tore his ACL, the panic started to sink in for the team’s fan base. It looked like the season was going to be over for Tannehill. But in the words of the great Lee Corso, “Not so fast my friends.” It looks like that ACL tear isn’t a tear after all and just a severe ACL and MCL sprain according to head coach Adam Gase.

What does this mean for Tannehill this season? Well it’s still obviously up in the air. But the news must come as a pleasant surprise for the organization and it’s fans. The ACL tear would have no doubt ended his season. Now there’s still a chance he can play.

We will keep you updated on this developing situation.
